Lifotronic AC 630 is the latest generation 5-part differential automatic hematology analyzer designed to meet the needs of clinical laboratories, hospitals and diagnostic centers with medium to high examination volumes. With a combination of Flow Cytometry, Tri-Angle Laser Scatter and Electrical Impedance technology, the AC 630 is able to provide fast, accurate and consistent hematology examination results to support better clinical decision making.
Equipped with an auto sampler with a capacity of 50 samples, a 14 inch touch screen, and analysis capabilities of up to 70 samples per hour, the AC 630 helps increase laboratory productivity while reducing operator intervention. This system supports the examination of venous blood, capillary blood and predilution samples with different mixing functions to ensure sample homogeneity and optimal result accuracy.
The AC 630 is capable of generating 31 hematology parameters, including complete CBC parameters, 5-part leukocyte differential, as well as additional research parameters such as ALY, LIC, and NRBC. The analysis results are displayed in the form of 3 histograms, 3 2D scattergrams, and 1 3D scattergram, thus providing a clearer visualization of the distribution and characteristics of blood cells.
To increase the accuracy of Basophil measurements, the AC 630 uses a combination of Optical and Impedance methods, while hemoglobin measurements are carried out using a cyanide-free method, which is safer and more environmentally friendly than conventional cyanide methods.
In addition, the AC 630 is equipped with a large capacity data storage system for up to 300,000 examination results, enabling laboratories to carry out patient data tracking and historical analysis more efficiently. Integration with the Laboratory Information System (LIS) also makes data management easier and speeds up modern laboratory workflows.
